Do you travel for Schools, Festivals, Corporate events, Big Events if it is not listed on delivery areas?

I don't have PayPal is there another way I can pay?

Our card processing system is PayPal. If you do not have PayPal please select check out as guest and enter your email. Once completed you will be prompted to proceed with payment with a credit/debit card.

What happens if the bounce house is left with food/silly strings/confetti?

A cleaning fee was be charged.

When do I make my final payment?

All payments are due upon delivery. Payments can be prepaid before the date of event.

What if it rains?

Deposits are non refundable but are transferable to a different date of your choice based on availability. Deposits are good for 4 months from date.

What is The Cancellation/Refund policy?

Customers are free to cancel any bookings with a refund of 88%. Deposits which are 12% of the total are non refundable. Deposits are transferable to a different date if booking is canceled two days before event. Deposits are redeemable within 4 months from date of event based on availability.

Schools/ Public events are required to cancel/reschedule the day prior to avoid deposit forfeits and/or additional charges.

Does supplies come with the concessions?

Yes. We do provide enough supplies for 20 people.

Is the foam solution safe?

We use only the highest quality solution for our foam. Its bio-degradable, non staining, non. toxic and hypoallergenic. It’s also safe for babies, pets, the environment including lawns and gardens. The solution contains sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerol and water.

Can an adult get on the bounce house?

Yes. All of our bounce houses are suitable for adults unless the item is listed for toddlers. (800lb weight limit on all units)

Do you service parks?

We currently only service parks for corporate, school events and churches.

Do you provide water and hoses for the waterslides?

No we do not provide water for the waterslides. If a water hose is needed it can be rented separately in our add on section.

How long is the rental?

Our rental is 6 hrs.

What is the delivery/set up fee?

Delivery/setup fee can be found on upon selection of the bounce house.

Why cant I find my city for delivery areas?

We may not service your area. Please give us a call for verification if we can possibly be able to on your desired date.

Do I need the damage waiver?

A damage waiver is not required but is highly recommended.
